Terms of Service

I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason. I do not have to state any reason of decline. Please be guided with my do's and dont's.

Do not use my art for AI or NFTs.

All commissions are digital copies only. No physical items will be shipped.

Commission files will be delivered through Vgen or Artistree or email, please don't forget to download your commission at the end.

Listed prices are starting prices and are subject to change.

My TOS can change or update, if your commission has been accepted before the change, then your commission will not be affected.

I will give you one or multiple options as a first draft depending on the complexity of the request. If multiple draft, you will have to chose one of them and do not come back on your choice as it is final.

On the draft phase you will be allowed 2 rounds of changes. Please, be sure to be clear and know what you want.

During the lineart and colors I will give you 1 draft that you can review.

There will be no further revision after this, unless I contact you with a question.

YCH commissions will only have 1 review.

Contact me within the platform you want to commission me from (Vgen or Artistree) or via email.

I will prefer keeping conversations within 1 platform, so please chose what is best for you.

I do not allow contacts outside of the above cited platforms unless I know you personally. If you do contact me on other platforms, I will not reply and only send you a link to desired contact platforms or this ToS page.

If you haven’t heard back within 3 days, please send a follow-up message.

Please do not spam me, I will not reply to any spam messages and will make you wait longer if it happens.

All commissions must be paid full, upfront through VGen or Artistree payments before I start any commission work.

All my prices are in euro, it is up to the customer to calculate any other currency price changes.

Additional charges apply depending on the complexity and extras opted, even ones not stated explicitly on the commission page.

Please always notify me upfront if you wish to have a specific deadline for the commission you want to order.

If a deadline seems unreachable for any reason, I reserve myself the right to decline the commission.

I will notify you when I start working on you commission and give you an estimated delivery date.

It will take me at least 3 to 12 weeks to complete a commission once I started working on it depending on the queue, the commission type, and my personal schedule.

Please, feel free to check my waiting list to know the status of you commission.

Do not modify or claim the work as your own. You are not allowed to remove any signature.

Reposting your commissioned work is allowed as long as I get am properly credited and taged (if possible on the platform you use) on the same post (no replies or secundary posts).

Personal use is allowed.

Streaming use is allowed and I have to be credited properly.

Commercial use isn't allowed unless commercial rights are purchased.

Any copy or theft of my works will have consequences.

I will not tolerate any use of my art and commission to be put in any generative IA (GROK or others) or any blockchain-related technology (NFTs or Cryptocurrency).

It is absolutely forbidden to use or repost any commission draft.

As the artist, I retain the rights to the commission and may include it in my portfolio.

As the proper owner of the artwork, I have the right to use the commissionned work as publicity for myself.

I am allowed to do slight changes on the commissions as I see fit for publicity purpose (crop, resize, overlap with other work).

Refunds are not offered once payment is made.

If I’m unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will provide a full refund or an alternative form of compensation.
